How long does switching from PromptPerfect to PromptAI take?
About 10 minutes: export your PromptPerfect data (2 minutes), install the PromptAI Chrome extension or Mac app (1 minute), and run your most-used prompts through the enhancer to rebuild them in the new format (5–10 minutes). There's no bulk import step because PromptAI enhances prompts where you type them instead of storing a separate library — though you can save enhanced prompts to your PromptAI library as you go.
Can I export my prompts from PromptPerfect before the shutdown?
Yes, and you should do it now — log into PromptPerfect, open Settings → Data → Export, and download the JSON or CSV archive. After September 1, 2026 the service goes offline and your prompt history goes with it. Keep the export locally; you can paste your best prompts into PromptAI's enhancer to rebuild them.
